Our core, pelvic floor, and the wall of the abdomen are affected tremendously by pregnancy and birth. Some of these changes present right after birth while others can surface years later. Pelvic health physical therapy can help in a variety of ways depending on the issue at hand. Pelvic floor physical therapy can help to release and stretch tight muscles and tissues, strengthen not just the pelvic floor but the core as well, and decrease pain and/or pressure so it’s easier to live comfortably, confidently and achieve your goals. We typically begin working with you 6 weeks after birth and continue to help decades into your postpartum journey.

90 minute 1-on-1 session including a thorough examination and assessment to help you begin to feel better on day 1.
60 minute 1-on-1 session tailored to your specific needs. Treatment can include strength and mobility exercises, manual treatment and education designed with your goals in mind.
60 minute 1-on-1 session via an online telehealth appointment that includes a thorough examination and assessment to understand the root cause of your issue.
TELEHEALTH TREATMENT SESSION
30 minute 1-on-1 treatment session via an online telehealth appointment to address your specific needs and review therapy treatment and exercises. Also a great option for check-ins along the way!
