About Pelvic Health

Pelvic floor muscles affect bowel, bladder, and sexual health. The muscles of the pelvic floor have the potential to contribute to pain in a variety of ways. Pelvic floor therapists can evaluate the muscles to identify weakness, tension or difficulty with coordination. With that information, a pelvic floor therapist can help you restore your pelvic floor with manual therapy, exercise, as well as a home program to manage symptoms independently. We treat women for all conditions age 18+.
